Your rights over your data
The GDPR guarantees you specific rights over your personal data. BRIVEO is committed to responding within one month at most (art. 12 GDPR). Choose the right to exercise below.
This legal document is provided in French, which is the only legally binding version. As BRIVEO operates under French real-estate law, its legal terms are kept in their original language to avoid any ambiguity. For any question, contact legal@briveo.fr.
1. The six rights you can exercise
Right of access
Obtain confirmation that your data is being processed and receive a complete copy of it.
Right to rectification
Correct any inaccurate or incomplete data concerning you.
Right to erasure
Request the deletion of your data, subject to legal retention obligations (five years for AML-CFT documents, ten years for mandates).
Right to restriction
Suspend the use of your data during verification or a dispute.
Right to portability
Retrieve your data in a structured format (JSON) to transfer it elsewhere.
Right to object
Object to processing based on legitimate interest or to direct marketing.
2. Instant export of your data
If you are logged in, you can immediately download all your data in JSON format.
Download my data (JSON)The export contains your profile, listings, offers, favourites, document metadata and consents. Encrypted documents are listed as metadata and can be downloaded individually from your account area.
3. Request form
For the other rights, fill out the form below. We acknowledge receipt and respond within one month, extendable to three months for complex requests (art. 12 GDPR).

5. Filing a complaint with the CNIL
