What Briveo sells, at what price, and when that price falls due.

Free listing
Publishing a property costs nothing. There is no agency mandate, Briveo does not act as your agent, and no commission is ever due. You handle the viewings, the negotiation and the sale yourself.
Smart plan
Briveo sells the property for you for 2 % including VAT of the sale price (5 % where a Briveo agent is delegated to run the sale). This requires a signed written mandate.
Premium plan
Full delegation, 5 % including VAT of the sale price, with a signed written mandate.
When fees fall due
Under French law (Loi Hoguet, art. 6), no fee is payable until the transaction is actually concluded and recorded in a single written instrument binding the parties. Briveo goes further: no fee is due or collected before the notarised deed of sale is signed. A signed offer, a preliminary contract or a withdrawn sale trigger nothing.
Right of withdrawal
If you signed a mandate away from our business premises as a consumer, you have 14 days to withdraw at no cost (Code de la consommation, art. L.221-18).
After the mandate ends
If you sell to a buyer Briveo introduced to you, fees remain due for 12 months after the mandate ends. Beyond that, nothing is owed.
Governing law
French law. Consumer disputes may be referred to a mediator free of charge before any court action.

Which version is binding

This page is an English summary provided for convenience. It is not the contract. The agreement between you and Briveo is the French text, which is governed by French law and is the only version that may be relied upon , including in the event of a dispute or a discrepancy with this summary.
