The 20 communes whose computation perimeter counts the most flat sales over twelve months, with their median price per square metre. That perimeter is the postal code, or the list of postal codes, written under each name. When a commune has other postal codes, the sales recorded under those codes are not in the figure, which only holds for the codes written. Quote each figure with its postal code. Only the number of sales within that perimeter ranks the rows. Each commune page, linked here, gives the flat price on the same perimeter, and writes it under its figures.

Median prices computed sale by sale, on sales recorded from 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2025. No minimum and no maximum is published.

The barometer ranks rises and falls among the tracked cities with at least 10 apartment sales over twelve months, and each commune carries its yearly change, with its sample, on its own page. The barometer of tracked cities

Next data update

The database we hold stops on 31 December 2025, the vintage of the second half of 2025. The DGFiP publishes DVF in half-yearly releases, and the first half of 2026 is not in our database yet. These figures will be recomputed once it is loaded, and the load date will show on the Method page.
