Sellers compare the action plans proposed, never rates. The platform withdraws access from any agent whose authorisation or professional liability insurance is no longer attested.
Transparent pricing
Free listing between private individuals (€0, hosting only), or Smart at 2% incl. VAT (self-service plan) or Premium at 5% incl. VAT (full service). Fees displayed publicly, no hidden cost. Example: on a €450,000 sale, the Smart plan charges €9,000 in fees, against €27,000 at the 6% rate most often charged by traditional networks, a €18,000 difference. Fees are payable by the seller and are included in the advertised price: the buyer pays no agency fee.
