Show a commune's price per m² on your site

A frame to embed, showing the median price per square metre of flats and houses in a commune, the number of sales over twelve months and the period covered, from the DVF sales published by the DGFiP. It follows our computations on its own, with nothing to maintain on your side.

The code to paste

<iframe src="https://briveo.fr/integrer/prix/75056?lang=en" title="Price per m² in Paris, BRIVEO from DVF" width="100%" height="240" style="border:0;max-width:480px" loading="lazy"></iframe>
<p>Source <a href="https://briveo.fr/immobilier/paris?lang=en">BRIVEO</a>, from DVF (DGFiP)</p>

What the widget does, and does not do

  • No script, no cookie, no audience measurement. The frame shows text and its styles, nothing else.
  • A fixed height of 240 pixels, and a width that follows your page up to 480 pixels. It stays readable on a phone, in light or dark mode according to your reader's settings.
  • The figures are those of our open CSV file, computed sale by sale. No minimum and no maximum is published, and the price of a property type only shows when that type counts at least 10 sales over twelve months.
  • The frame writes the postal codes its figures are computed on. For a commune with several postal codes, that may be only one of them, and the figure then only holds for that code.
  • Below 25 sales over twelve months, the frame shows no figure for the commune, and says why.

The credit below the frame

The code ends with a plain HTML paragraph, outside the frame, which cites the source with a single link to the commune's page. Its text is "Source BRIVEO, from DVF (DGFiP)", and its only link carries the brand alone, "BRIVEO".

It is not a condition. You may reword it or remove it, and the widget works without it. Nothing is asked in return.

Reuse and method

The figures are published under the Etalab open licence. To quote them, name BRIVEO and the DVF source (DGFiP). The same figures exist as one national CSV file and as one JSON document per commune.
