Where does the valuation data come from?
The valuation draws on DVF data (Demandes de Valeurs Foncières) published by the French tax authority (DGFiP), complemented by the land registry, ADEME energy performance certificates and neighbourhood points of interest. The indexed DVF base holds 3,403,431 transactions.
How reliable is the valuation?
Every valuation displays a confidence indicator based on the number and proximity of comparable sales in your area. The high/low range is justified: the more recent, similar sales an area holds, the more precise the valuation.
Does this valuation carry any legal value?
