Talk to a property adviser. Fifteen minutes, free.
You are selling and you do not know where to start, you doubt the price you have in mind, or you simply want to know what your house is worth before committing to anything. Book a slot, weekends included, and leave with clear answers.
Realistic price, realistic timeline, order of the steps, ask anything and a professional answers plainly.
A link in your invitation, it opens in the browser. If the connection fails, we call you instead.
No card, no mandate, nothing you have to do next. A discovery call, nothing more.
What you get in 15 minutes
- A figure, discussed
You say what you have in mind, your adviser says what they make of it and why. That is the step every free online property valuation is missing, where nobody discusses the number with you.
- The order of the steps
Surveys, papers to gather, realistic timelines. You leave knowing where to start when selling a house, and in what order, rather than with a list found at random.
- What a sale costs
Estate agent fees on a sale, who pays them, what is still negotiable and what is not. Figures that concern you, not a general table.
- A straight answer
If your plan holds up, we say so. If it does not hold up yet, we say what is missing. Selling a house without an estate agent is one option among others, and it is discussed here too.
What the call is not
- It is not a written valuation
A written valuation is drawn up after a visit to the property, papers in hand. On a video call, your adviser gives you their reading of the price and explains how it is built, nothing more.
- It is not legal advice
For a deed, an estate, joint ownership or a dispute, your notaire or your solicitor is the one who answers, because French law of 31 December 1971 reserves legal advice to them. Your adviser tells you when to go and see them.
- It is not a mandate
Nothing is signed during the call. No card is asked for, no document is sent to you to sign, and the call ends with nothing you have to do next.
- It is not a sales pitch
If your plan does not need us, your adviser will tell you during the call rather than ring you three times afterwards.
Your questions before booking
- Is it really free?
- Yes, entirely. No card is asked for, no mandate is signed, and the call commits you to nothing. It is a discovery conversation with a BRIVEO adviser, not a sales act.
- Does this call replace a property valuation?
- No, and it matters that you know before you book. A valuation is built on comparable sales and on the real condition of the property, so it follows a visit. In fifteen minutes your adviser tells you how that price is put together, what pulls it up or down, and whether the figure you have in mind is plausible.
- Can I find out what my house is worth during the call?
- You leave with a discussed order of magnitude, not with a written figure. If you want a value set down in writing, the valuation tool on the site gives you one free of charge, and the call then serves to make sense of it rather than to replace it.
- Can I book an estate agent online, without going through a branch?
- That is exactly what this page does. You pick a slot, the call happens by video, and nobody comes to your home until you ask for it.
- How does the call work?
- By video, at the slot you pick. The link is in your invitation and opens in the browser, with nothing to install. If the connection fails, your adviser calls the number you gave when booking.
- Can I cancel my appointment?
- Yes, in one click from the confirmation email. The cancelled slot becomes available again immediately for other visitors, and you can book another one at any time.
- Which slots are offered?
- Monday to Friday, 9am to 12pm and 2pm to 6pm, and Saturday and Sunday, 10am to 12pm. Slots open up to 14 days ahead, Paris time.
Your details are used only to arrange this call, which is neither a written valuation nor a commitment on either side.
