Trizay is a commune in the South-West of France, situated in the département of Charente-Maritime (région Nouvelle-Aquitaine). Its inhabitants are called the Trizayens and the Trizayennes. This small commune in the val d'Arnoult, whose economy long depended almost exclusively on market gardening and the quarrying of stone, is today oriented towards tourist activities.
