Located in the south of the département, the commune forms part of the small agricultural area known as the Plateaux bocagers de la Touraine méridionale, bringing together very heterogeneous environments, the bare plateau of Pontlevoy, the valley of the Cher bordered by vine-covered slopes, and aspects of gatine beyond. It is drained by the canal de Berry, the Cher, the Seigy, the Traîne Feuilles and by various small watercourses.
