Saint-Paul-et-Valmalle [sɛ̃ pɔl e val.ma.lə] (en occitan Sant Pau e Valmala ['sant 'paw e βal'ma.lo̞]) est une commune française située dans l'est du département de l'Hérault en région Occitanie. Exposée à un climat méditerranéen, elle est drainée par le Mosson, le ruisseau du Coulazou et par divers autres petits cours d'eau. La commune possède un patrimoine naturel remarquable, deux sites Natura 2000 (la « montagne de la Moure et Causse d'Aumelas » et les « garrigues de la Moure et d'Aumelas ») et quatre zones naturelles d'intérêt écologique, faunistique et floristique.
