Exposed to an altered oceanic climate, it is drained by the Bezonde, the ruisseau de la Motte Bucy, the ruisseau de la Guyardmaison and various other small watercourses. Quiers-sur-Bezonde is a rural commune with 1,183 inhabitants in 2023, having seen a strong rise in population since 1968.
