A little history
The name Menucourt appears for the first time in 1201, when Gautier de Coutances, Archbishop of Rouen, confirms the gift made to the abbaye de Ressons by Guillaume de Meulan, canon of Beauvais, and Pierre de Meulan, his brother, lords of Boisemont, of the chapelle de Sainte Madeleine de Boisemont with all its dependencies and assets with which it had been endowed by Dreu de Meulan their father, Ade their mother and Richard their other brother.
