Le Bosc (in Occitan Lo Bòsc) is a French commune situated in the north of the département of Hérault, in the région of Occitanie. Exposed to a Mediterranean climate, it is drained by the Lergue, the Marguerite, the Maro, the Salagou, the Bouire, the Garelle, the Merdanson, the Roubieu, the ruisseau de Rivernoux, the ruisseau de Rivièral and by one other watercourse. The commune possesses a remarkable natural heritage, a Natura 2000 site (le Salagou) and six natural zones of ecological, faunal and floral interest.
