Incluse dans le parc naturel régional du Haut-Languedoc, la commune possède un patrimoine naturel remarquable, deux sites Natura 2000 (les « causses du Minervois » et le « Minervois ») et deux zones naturelles d'intérêt écologique, faunistique et floristique.
