A little history
One of the three tumuli of Kerhué-Bras was explored by Paul du Châtellier in 1880, who found 33 arrows, 6 daggers, a sword and two axes there. The one at Cosmaner contained 25 arrows and two daggers, and the one at Fao-Youen 32 arrows and two swords. "(...) I identified (...) three tumuli at the summit of a hillside overlooking the small watercourse which, coming from Plogastel-Saint-Germain, flows into the port of Pont-l'Abbé. Two of them had been explored. The third, owing to its imposing dimensions, had escaped any violation."
