A little history
The remains of an Iron Age farm were discovered in early 2013 on the territory of the commune. It comprises an area of 2,000 m2 where buildings mounted on posts were constructed, the whole enclosed by a ditch. This modest rural settlement, probably linked to a simple family unit, was occupied from the 4th century BC to the 1st century of our era, and does not appear to have been integrated into local economic networks.
