A little history
Four small bronzes of Gallien, a small bronze of Salonine, wife of Gallien, and coins of Postume and Constantin II were found at Keralien in Plabennec, just beyond the northern boundary of the commune of Guipavas. Twelve small bronzes from the second half of the 3rd century were found in 1862 between the town of Guipavas and the cove of Kerhuon during the construction of the railway viaduct. Tudogilus (or saint Thudon), father of saint Gouesnou, saint Majan and a daughter, Tudona, is said to have landed probably at Landéda, coming from the île de Bretagne (present-day Great Britain).
