A little history

At the Revolution, the parish of Saint-Quentin-de-Baron formed the commune of Saint-Quentin-de-Baron. At the end of the 1970s and the beginning of the 1980s, the commune developed an intense socio-cultural activity through the Centre rural d'animation culturelle de l'Entre-deux-Mers, which gave rise to the Jeune Orchestre symphonique de l'Entre-deux-Mers in 1988 and saw Jack Lang attend the Fête de la musique organised in 1986. The place du 21 juin was named in memory of the event.

Selling in Saint-Quentin-de-Baron

Pricing in Saint-Quentin-de-Baron starts by placing your property inside the €2,118 to €2,523 band rather than on the median alone. The median describes the middle of the market; condition, floor, outdoor space and energy rating decide where in the band you sit.

With 40 sales a year, Saint-Quentin-de-Baron is regular without being deep. Positioning matters more here than in a dense market, because a buyer who steps back is not immediately replaced.

Briveo values your Saint-Quentin-de-Baron property from the same DVF file, keeping only sales of comparable properties closest to your address, free of charge and with no obligation, then supports the sale through to the deed.

Buying in Saint-Quentin-de-Baron

Reading the €2,118 to €2,523 band is a buyer’s main tool in Saint-Quentin-de-Baron. A property at the bottom is not a bargain and one at the top is not a rip-off, the band measures how different the properties are, not how well they are priced.

Acquisition costs are budgeted on top of the price, around 8 % on an existing property, around 3 % on a new one. These are orders of magnitude; the notary computes the exact amount.

A stable market usually means a negotiation decided by the property itself rather than by any general trend.
