A little history
The port of Ploumanac'h enabled commercial exchanges between Great Britain and the continent from Antiquity onwards. An evangeliser who came from Wales in the 6th century, Saint Guirec, gave his name to the town. The oratory dedicated to him and the chapel perpetuate his memory. Perros-Guirec is part of the Trégor.
