Montréverd [mɔ̃tʁevɛʁ] is a new French commune, situated in the département of Vendée, in the région of Pays de la Loire. Created from the merger of the communes of Mormaison, Saint-André-Treize-Voies and Saint-Sulpice-le-Verdon, it was established on 1 January 2016.
A little history
The new commune was born from a project to merge three communes of the Bocage vendéen, Mormaison, Saint-André-Treize-Voies and Saint-Sulpice-le-Verdon. The prefectoral order no 15-DRCTAJ/2-649 of 15 December 2015 created the commune with effect from 1 January 2016.
