A little history
La Queue-en-Brie is located on the edge of the Arc Boisé forest massif, a prominent site of prehistoric occupation in Île-de-France. The various archaeological excavations carried out during construction works have revealed significant human occupation in the Morbras valley during the Neolithic period. Terraces were able to be laid out on the edge of the Morbras, as attested by the numerous sites discovered on the communal territory. This indicates the protohistoric occupation of the area.
