A little history
In the 11th century, the seigneurie de Croissy, which was relatively poor, belonged to the seigneurs de Marly. A cartulaire dated 1173 mentions Adam de Croci, lord of the place, who also held fiefs and lands in the surroundings of Cernay-la-Ville, Rueil and La Celle. Among the seigneurs de Croissy, one may cite Payen de Croci, Robert de Croci his brother and Ascelina de Croci their sister, who sent tokens of devotion to the abbaye de Saint-Denis, and then Héloïse de Croci, mentioned in the 14th century.

Selling in Croissy-sur-Seine
Pricing in Croissy-sur-Seine starts by placing your property inside the €4,773 to €6,282 band rather than on the median alone. The median describes the middle of the market; condition, floor, outdoor space and energy rating decide where in the band you sit.
With 133 sales a year, Croissy-sur-Seine is regular without being deep. Positioning matters more here than in a dense market, because a buyer who steps back is not immediately replaced.
Briveo values your Croissy-sur-Seine property from the same DVF file, keeping only sales of comparable properties closest to your address, free of charge and with no obligation, then supports the sale through to the deed.
Buying in Croissy-sur-Seine
Reading the €4,773 to €6,282 band is a buyer’s main tool in Croissy-sur-Seine. A property at the bottom is not a bargain and one at the top is not a rip-off, the band measures how different the properties are, not how well they are priced.
Prices moving up narrow the room for negotiation without closing it, a property that has been on the market a long time is negotiable whatever the trend says.
Acquisition costs are budgeted on top of the price, around 8 % on an existing property, around 3 % on a new one. These are orders of magnitude; the notary computes the exact amount.
