A little history
In the 1500s, two emigrants from Italy, the Tocasso brothers, arrived in Solliès-Ville. They settled at the font du Thon, near the hamlet of Valaury. Solliès-Toucas would take its name from a corruption of their surname. Built on the site of the original 16th-century chapel, the église Saint-Christophe was constructed between 1700 and 1701.
