A little history
Saint-Fargeau formed a barony with Tilly-Maison-Rouge. Henri IV had a château built there for Gabrielle d'Estrées. The seigneury of Moulignon was purchased in 1349 by Jean de L'Hospital. It was the seat of the priory of Jonville, which was dependent on the abbaye de La Charité-sur-Loire.
