A little history
A convergence point for road routes in the Gallo-Roman era, the village became a parish in the 12th century with the construction of the church, the fief having been established in 1144. There were four successive châteaux. The first dates from the 11th century and allowed the lord to collect a tax from people wishing to cross the Morin. This château stood on a motte overlooking the feudal lands.
