Exposée à un climat océanique altéré, elle est drainée par l'Eure, le fossé 06 de la commune de Senonches et divers autres petits cours d'eau. Incluse dans le parc naturel régional du Perche, la commune possède un patrimoine naturel remarquable composé de deux sites Natura 2000 et quatre zones naturelles d'intérêt écologique, faunistique et floristique.
