Ibos [ibɔs] is a French commune situated in the north of the département des Hautes-Pyrénées, in the région Occitanie. From a historical and cultural standpoint, the commune lies within the former comté de Bigorre, a historic county of the French Pyrénées and Gascony. Exposed to an altered oceanic climate, it is drained by the Échez, the Souy, the Géline, the Mardaing, the Barmale, the Riu Tort and various other small watercourses.
