A little history
Gallo-Roman origin, tombs. Preventive excavations along the route of the ligne du TGV Méditerranée took place in 1996. They led to the discovery of two houses from the early Middle Ages on the boundary of the commune of Montboucher-sur-Jabron. These excavations were carried out on the left bank of the Vermenon, at the lieu-dit Constantin, by a team under the direction of Michel Goy and Isabelle Rémy.
