A little history
The Planchetorte valley, a listed site to the south of Brive, is a major centre of Prehistory comparable to the site of les Eyzies. No other Triassic region offers such a significant concentration of prehistoric settlements. It includes, among others, the grotte de Font-Robert and the grotte de Font-Yves, each of which gave their names to two types of point. Other caves have been discovered there, such as the grotte Bouyssonie in 2005. The grotte de Bassaler is one of the 23 sites with Raysse burins known in 2011, five of which are located in the valley or its immediate surroundings, namely le Raysse, les Morts, Pré-Aubert and Bouyssonie.

A stable market usually means a negotiation decided by the property itself rather than by any general trend.
